 Mayan G. Quebral is the Executive Director of Venture for Fund Raising. A pioneer in fund raising and trained at The Fund Raising School in Indiana, U.S.A., Mayan managed the largest non-profit direct mail campaign in the Philippines with over one million letters sent annually, raising more than PhP 85 million (USD 2,125,000) in less than four years. Formerly the Resource Development Officer of United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in the Philippines, she initiated the first survey of the nature of gift-giving attitudes in the Philippines and has authored The Fund Raiser's Guide to Fund Raising. Mayan travels extensively around Asia teaching non-profit organizations the principles and success seeds of fund raising.

Louie R. Baclagon, Program Director. Louie’s fund raising expertise are direct marketing, individual donor acquisition, and relationship marketing. Before joining Venture, he was the Marketing Director of World Vision where he raised PhP 270 million in less than five years, PhP 230 million of which was given to project funding over the same period.  He also increased World Vision’s loyal donor base from 4,000 to 15,000 while reducing the donor cancellation rate from 40% to less than 10%.

Jowie S. Jazmines, Program Director. Jowie brings into the Venture for Fundraising team her extensive experience in implementing various fundraising activities such as direct mail and special events.  Prior to joining Venture for Fundraising, she was a member of the Private Sector Fund Raising Team of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), where she worked for more than 11 years.  Aside from handling some of the regular direct mail appeals, she also handled UNICEF’s Emergency Fund Raising Campaign where she helped raise more than P40 million from 2004 to 2007, and was instrumental in ensuring the quick response of UNICEF in times of calamities.

Rachelle S. Alzona, Associate Program Director, is a corporate social responsibility practitioner and trainer with a total of 8 years experience in CSR and 2 years conducting training programs. She complements the Venture for Fund Raising team with her experience in project management, marketing communications and community relations.  Prior to joining, she was connected with an energy company where she managed and evaluated community engagement projects that foster partnerships with NGOs, civic groups and government agencies/institutions; and at the same time generated positive impact on the social, physical and economic conditions of communities concerned.

Lea L. Las Piñas, as Program Manager for Training Services, handles course development, oversight and evaluation of Venture’s public and customized training services. She also provides research and technical assistance for consulting engagements and other specialized courses. Before joining Venture for Fund Raising, Lea has worked with the Government as part of a Congressional Staff. She gained her foundation and knowledge of development studies and international relations at Miriam College where she graduated with a degree in International Studies, Philippine Studies Track.

April R. Mamaril, as Program Manager for Creative Services, is responsible for research and technical support for developing, delivering and evaluating consulting, training and creative programs of Venture’s clients.  She worked as a Photographer, a Document and Data Processing Analyst and Researcher in both business and public sectors.  With this broad experience at hand, April then decided to join Venture for Fund Raising to finally pursue her dedication for development work while using her creativity and acquired skills.

Raph G. Doval-Santos, as Program Associate, provides research and administrative assistance for consulting and training services. Having previously worked as Internet social media specialist, freelance writer and teacher, he joined the Jesuit Volunteers of the Philippines and lived among the Talaandig indigenous people of Miarayon, Bukidnon for one year. He also previously served the Ateneo Alumni Association as their Communications Manager.

Mae N. Edillon, as Program Associate, provides research and administrative assistance for consulting and training services.  She previously worked as a research assistant and a freelance writer. She graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Journalism. In her spare time, she likes to volunteer with children. 

Zarah V. Atanacio, Operations Manager, is responsible for managing the accounting, finance and general administration of Venture.  She was previously Program Manager where she gained practical experience in client management for research, training and consulting services that furthered her education on development studies. Having worked as an Account Executive for a publishing company, she joined Venture to pursue her passion for development and work with various non-profits.

Revelyn S. Relatado joined Venture for Fund Raising as Human Resource and Administrative Manager in March 2005. Her work experience covers non-profit, profit and government organizations. Prior to joining Venture, she was with UNICEF in the Philippines as a Private Sector Fundraising Assistant, then as Sales Coordinator for Product Line & Marketing, for a total of eight years. She also worked as Personnel Assistant for Human Resources & Information Management Systems for the Republic Broadcasting System (GMA-7). She was with the Department of Labor & Employment as a Labor Employment Officer, also for eight years. She has masteral units in Industrial Psychology from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and in Business Administration from the Philippine Christian University.

Paul T. Baquirin joined Venture for Fund Raising in July 2000 as Service Assistant. He provides support to the program staff in the areas of supplies procurement, mail/courier needs and office cleanliness. After his studies at the University of the East, Paul rendered general service assistance to various corporations.
