Supporter Acquisition Coordinator
The overall purpose of the job is to explore and develop methods of recruiting large numbers of individual donors for Greenpeace in the Philippines and to test new fund raising tools. He/She will have a good understanding of response driven marketing or fund raising wih innovative ideas that are effective in the Philippine setting.
The successful candidate will work closely with and report to the Fund Raising Manager. They will also be responsible for community fund raising and face to face fund raising, including line management responsibility for the coordinators of these programmes.
Desirable Qualifications/Experience
• A successful track record in using a wide range of fund raising or high volume customer generating marketing methods
• A good knwoledge of media channels such as direct mail, press advertising and face to face promotion
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Communications or other related fields and/or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
• Computer literate (Microsoft office)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• A creative and innovative approach
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to successfully develop and implement plans
• Management experience an advantage
• Passion and commitment to the mission, vision, values and methods of Greenpeace
