Our Influencing Programs for the GIVERS
Supporting Purposeful Giving That Drives Long-Term Impact.
With decades of experience working with non-profit and development organizations, Venture is uniquely positioned to support individuals, corporations, and philanthropic institutions in practicing deliberate giving—giving that’s guided by purpose, strategy, and a commitment to long-term, systemic impact.
Unlike arbitrary or one-off donations, deliberate giving (also called intentional or purposeful giving) involves thoughtful decisions about which sectors, communities, or causes to support, and how to address development challenges most effectively.
We facilitate this process through tailored mentoring and partnership services, especially for corporations developing or enhancing their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. Our offerings align giving with social good and business goals.

Conducting post-event evaluation after every CSR activity is necessary to aid the leaders in assessing the overall success of the activity, and identify best practices and processes to adopt to improve future efforts. Therefore, we can implement a monitoring and evaluation process that will seek the feedback from organizers and participants, as an objective third-party observer.
Through this activity, we will be able to compile data and identify critical aspects such as ease of planning, the NGO cooperation and coordination process, volunteer participation, venue, food, equipment, program, beneficiaries’ participation, among others.
Communicating the right message about the company’s socially-responsible activities to its stakeholders is key in achieving CSR success. In this workshop, Venture assists the participants in developing the company’s Key CSR Messages targeted to engage its priority internal and external stakeholders.
This service aims to promote awareness on the responsibilities of an employee volunteer. The session usually begins by introducing the company’s CSR programs, potential activities and the volunteers’ possible roles in each. The session will also focus on the well-being of the employee volunteer, covering topics such as cross-cultural dynamics, psychological impact of their volunteer work on both the volunteer and beneficiaries, and set of guidelines to equip the participants with responsibilities and expectations of an employee volunteer.
In this service, Venture will oversee various grant functions such as planning, coordinating and managing the CSR programs with the chosen partners or beneficiaries. This can include administering the application/bidding for specific equipment, reviewing bids, awarding processes, and monitoring of the programmatic and related financial activities.
