The Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) has launched the second run of this year’s Financial Stewardship for NGOs training, held at the PICPA House - Davao Chapter in Davao City. Last June 24–26, Venture for Fund Raising flew to Davao and shared practical fund raising insights with the participants from the region.

Together with The Heart at Play Foundation, Venture successfully conducted a Fund Raising Capacity Building and Planning Workshop in San Juan City last May 2026. The workshop covered essential fund raising concepts, introduced a comprehensive set of fund raising strategies relevant to children with disabilities-related programs, and guided participants through the process of developing a fund raising plan.

Navigating an uncertain funding landscape is tough, but your mission shouldn't have to pause. Join Venture this September 22–25, 2026 for our flagship back-to-back workshops: the Basic Course on Fund Raising (#78) and the Stakeholder Engagement Workshop. Designed for nonprofits working across all sectors, these hands-on sessions will help your team build operational resilience by diversifying your funding streams and cultivating deep, meaningful relationships that turn casual supporters into lifelong advocates. Equip your organization with a sustainable framework that can ‘weather any storm’. Early bird rates end July 31.

Venture for Fund Raising was honored to take the stage at the 59th ADB Annual Meeting in Samarkand last May 5, 2026! Moderating the session "Innovative Financing to Scale Up Community-Led Solutions," we joined forces with HANIWAI, Habitat for Humanity, and the ADB to bridge the gap between financial theory and grassroots action. Together, we provided practical applications and key recommendations on how to explore community-based philanthropy, government and private sector partnerships, and grassroots mobilization to access local capital and promote financial sustainability.

Important Announcement! We want to make sure the room is full of different voices and perspectives so you get the most out of every conversation. To ensure you have the engaging, productive experience you’ve come to expect, we’re moving the Basic Course on Fund Raising (BCFR #78) and our Alumni Engagement Workshop to September 22–25, 2026 at Prestige Tower, F. Ortigas Jr. Avenue, Ortigas Center, in Pasig City.
