Strategic Planning Workshop and Fund Raising Orientation for the twelve (12) Provinces/Missions of the Jesuit Conference of Asia Pacific (JCAP) was conducted last March 11 to 14 in Quezon City, Philippines.

The capacity building engagement aimed to assist the participants in aligning their development work to the Universal Apostolic Preferences (UAPs) of the Society of Jesus. The workshop consisted of activities to help the participants in developing their Medium-Term Strategic Plans and to strengthen their capacity on resource mobilization as they embark on fund raising campaigns for their respective Missions in Australia, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Myanmar, Malaysia-Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Timor Leste, and Vietnam.

Prior to the 4-day workshop, a rapid online organizational and training needs assessment was conducted with the corresponding Development Officers of the 12 Provinces.

Our warmest thanks to the JCAP participants for an enlightening and productive workshop! To learn more about JCAP, you can visit their website here.
