ChildFund PH’s BizTalk Episode 2 What is it like to mobilize funds in the Philippines?

Last May 7, 2021, Venture was invited to take part in ChildFund Philippines’ BizTalk learning session.


BizTalk is a series of bi-weekly learning and development sessions to build ChildFund Philippines’ and its partners’ capacity on business development and resource mobilization.


Our Executive Director, Ms. Pinky Medina, discussed the importance of “friend-raising”, the emerging fund raising trends during the pandemic, and some tips to strengthen the organizations’ fund raising capacities moving forward. 


ChildFund Philippines is a non-government organization (NGO), a country program of ChildFund International. It works to end violence and exploitation against children and to overcome poverty and the underlying conditions that prevent children from achieving their full potential. This 2021, ChildFund’s Philippine Office marks its 50th year of meaningful service in empowering Filipino children and youth through strategic partnerships with local partner organizations.
