If you are interested in making a bigger difference in the non-profit sector, and honing your leadership skills and knowledge in non-profit program management, while working with a diverse set of partners from local and international non-profit organizations, funding institutions, foundations and corporations, among others, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team! 



We are currently looking for an individual who has the drive, smarts, and desirable skills and experience to be our Program Director!


The Program Director (PD), together with the Executive Director (ED), is co-responsible for the overall management and direction of Venture’s Program Unit in delivering Venture’s fund raising, corporate social responsibility, and organizational development training, consulting, research, and public information programs. The PD is also co-responsible for the identification, engagement, and management of our current and prospective client-partners and networks.
