We are assisting one of our partners, Solar Village Foundation (SVF), in strengthening its Development and Communications Unit! SVF works towards a Philippines where even the most isolated communities are able to realize their dreams for progress and development. The organization’s work focuses on uplifting and empowering last-mile communities through sustainable solar energy solutions. 

SVF is currently looking for individuals who have the drive, smarts, and desirable skills and experience to be their Development Manager and Communications Officer!

Both positions have a hybrid work set-up, with an office located in Makati City.

1. Development Manager 

The Development Manager is responsible for the management of the Solar Village Foundation’s (SVF) fundraising activities to generate resources for its current and future programs and other needs. He/she will be responsible for implementing the SVF fund raising plan, developing, coordinating and  implementing its fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, conceptualizing fund raising-related communications collaterals and ensuring that fund raising support systems and processes are in place and working efficiently.

2. Communications Officer

The Communications Officer is responsible for building SolarVillage Foundation’s brand identity, as well as promoting and communicating the foundation’s mission, programs and impact to its stakeholders through the development and management of communications materials in various media. He/she will also be responsible for providing internal and external support needs relevant to the fund raising work of SVF.
